We at Snapcatch Tech want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth process for resolution.

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments and final-sale items cannot be returned.
